All jewellery in new, unworn condition can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase. Simply return the jewellery, together with your sales receipt.
12 month jewellery guarantee Every purchase you make, including items on sale, comes with a minimum one year guarantee on quality and workmanship. If the product is faulty during this period, return the jewellery with your sales receipt and we will repair or exchange it at no cost.
Shipping Policy Your order will be shipped once it has been completed. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. We may hold an order for up to 5 days if items that are temporarily unavailable are due to come back in stock. We will then send your complete order. If the item has is not back in stock, we will dispatch all other items and refund you the difference.
Free shipping on qualifying orders All orders over $50 receive free shipping within Australia. All international orders over $100 receive free shipping.

Is your online payment process secure? Yes! Our online payment using military standard SSL encryption to ensure that you can shop with absolute peace of mind.
How do you pack our order? We use quality packaging to protect your items during shipment. Your items are wrapped first in bubble wrap before packaged to ensure that it reaches you in the best condition.
How is my order shipped? Orders within Australia will be shipped using Australia Post or a contracted courier company. A signature will be required to accept delivery. If you are not home , the driver will leave a card in your letter box with instructions for you to pick up from your local Australia Post outlet.
Do you ship outside of Australia? Yes! We offer several shipping options for international orders.
When will my order arrive? Orders should arrive between 7-10 business days. Please contact us promptly if your order does not arrive within 10 business days.
What methods of payment can I use to pay for my order? You can pay using Visa, Mastercard and BankCard. For other payment options, please contact our office and complete your order by phone
I want to pay by money order or cashiers check. How do I do this and where do I send my payment? Select your items and add them to your shopping bag. Print out the shopping bag contents without going through our online payment system. You can mail in the order with your payment or fax the order and include your credit card information for processing
How do I cancel my order? Orders may only be cancelled before they're fully processed, with approval from a Customer Service Representative. If you have a cancellation request, please call us on 07 54505168 right away. We will issue a complete refund on orders cancelled before final processing. If you haven't confirmed your cancellation with us or received a Return Authorization number, we reserve the right to refuse returned shipments.
